Behind every door is a story.
Storied is a series. Each chapter visits a new Phoenix neighborhood and turns its open houses into something more like a walking tour — addresses as chapters, visitors as readers. Chapter 1 begins in Historic Coronado.
Storied started on a Saturday morning in Coronado. Neighbors arrived on foot, by bike and with dogs in tow, and stayed longer than anyone planned: reading the story at each door, talking with neighbors, and browsing books with Nancy.
Thank you to the homeowners who shared their stories and opened their doors, to the agents who jumped in, and to every neighbor who walked over, shared a story and stayed to hear one.

Each home had its own bookmark — a small piece of the story to take with you. Download, then print & fold (or print double-sided) for the full keepsake.

— Five doors. Five stories. Visited in any order. —
None of these homes are currently for sale. Four closed after Chapter One and one has come off the market. They are private homes now, so please read the stories from here rather than the front step. The stories stay up for good.
Storied wouldn't be possible without the people lending their stories, their homes, their books, and their belief in slow, real community.

The Roosevelt Chapter took place on First Friday, October 2, 2026, beginning at the six Residences on 2nd homes at 804 N 2nd Ave. Historic photographs, personal stories, work from local artists, and Nancy’s bookmobile. Every story from the night is still online.
Storied came from my background in storytelling, and a belief that homes are about so much more than square footage or market stats. The real estate world has a way of reducing where we live to numbers. My goal with Storied is to bring people back to the human side of where we live, because that's where the actual story is.
Storied is a celebration of community, connection, and the power of paying attention to your neighborhood. One story at a time.
