A Letter to Azure Canyon

I was there
before Fry's.

From muddy monsoons to model homes — a return to the neighborhood.

Hi, neighbors.

I spent more time at Azure Canyon than any other neighborhood in my ten-year new home career. So this isn't farming. It's coming home.

The Early Days

Before the landscaping grew in.

I was there before the model homes were even built. I walked the dirt roads trying to figure out where lots would land — before the mud dried, before the roads even existed. We spent countless hours looking at how the sunlight would cross your back patio. We went over design options together and debated needs vs. wants — which upgrades were genuinely smartest for your family, which lot premium was worth it, which floor plan flip made sense.

We worked through construction configurations together. We stood on countless dirt lots arguing over which view would be better for morning coffee.

I remember before Fry's was built. Before the Camelback extension. Before the corner gas station. When monsoons turned the dirt lots into slip-and-slide drainage rivers and we'd stand at the office windows watching the sky open up. I also sat with you when the interest rates doubled. When prices skyrocketed. When the deal you signed in March looked different by June. We worked through all of it.

Some of you bought your first home at Azure Canyon. Got married there. Brought babies home. Refinanced through three different rate environments. Painted, renovated, planted things that finally took root.

I was there for all of it.

Maybe I helped you buy your home. Or maybe Courtney did. Or Julie, Cody, Marci, Sarah, or Allie. We were a team — and I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm friends with most of them to this day. If your favorite was someone else — who did I miss? I think I got everyone, but maybe it was Alex? Or Kary? Maybe nobody at all? Matter of fact, maybe you bought your home from the original owner, and you're reading this page (kudos for making it this far — you must like your gossip) wondering what the heck happened here before you got here. Every new home community has its story. And now, you get to know more about yours.
Where I Am Now

Same Bri.
New chapter.

I left builder sales a few years ago. Got married. Traveled. Took a beat. And then I came back to real estate — but this time under my own brand: Roche Home Co., brokered by Brokers Hub Realty.

I work all of Phoenix metro now, with a particular love for two things: resale of the new construction homes I helped sell new (because I genuinely know your home — every floor plan, every option, every quirk) and downtown infill (because the city is growing up and I want to make sure that growth respects what makes it special).

And honestly? There's nothing more fun to me than helping someone sell a home I once helped them buy. The continuity is the whole point.

If You're Wondering

Things I'm always happy to talk through.

No commitment. No obligation to list, sell, or do anything. Just an honest conversation with someone who knows your neighborhood from before the sidewalks were poured.

01
"Does refinancing make sense at today's rates?"
02
"What's my home actually worth right now?"
03
"Should we renovate before selling — or list as-is?"
04
"Which upgrades are buyers paying for in 2026?"
05
"Is now a good time to think about resale?"
06
"What's actually happening in the Phoenix market?"

Just say hi.

Text me, call me, email me — whichever's easiest. I read every message. And if you just want to share a memory of the early days, that's reason enough to reach out.
